From Chronic Disease to Longevity

This unique program is designed to support long-term patients of our private practice in achieving their health goals.

• We will have a meeting every four weeks that you can either attend live online, or receive a video recording and a private podcast if your schedule does not allow you to join us live (we will only videotape Dr. Gersch and his team).
• Between meetings, you will gain access to our private patient community, where you have the freedom to discuss various health topics including lectin-free living, breathing, and longevity. You also have the unique option to tag Dr. Gersch in a post to request a personal video response during the next live meeting.
• You will also receive a personalized edition of Dr. Gersch's health course via email. You can either let us choose the topic for you or select your own, to receive continuous but bite-sized health information. This will help you improve your health every day and achieve true longevity.
• In this manner, even if you never join the group in person or online, you can simply ask a question and receive a personal video reply in our community. Just ensure that your question is posed in a manner that benefits everyone in the group from both your question and Dr. Gersch's answer.
• During our group meeting, we will also be able to analyze your eating habits to check whether they are compliant with our dietary guidelines and your personal nutrition plan.
• We will also analyze your recordings of breathing exercises to combat chronic hyperventilation, and we will participate in live breathing exercises together as a group.

The cost for this is EUR 182.68 every four weeks. We bill in a manner that may allow the cost to be covered by insurance, but we cannot guarantee this depending on your specific plan.

• Why should you join this program?

  While you will have a quarterly 45-minute one-on-one consultation to discuss your current lab test results, this is usually not sufficient time to delve deeply into lifestyle changes and healthy habits necessary for achieving true longevity.

• Why are the quartarly 1:1 not enough?

  We aim to avoid exceeding your allotted time and incurring additional medical expenses beyond insurance coverage. Additionally, we want to ensure that vital information is not overlooked, and that we can monitor your nutrition and guide you through necessary breathing exercises. Hence, we have designed this program to consolidate the best of our knowledge and offerings into a potent group setting.

• You don't like groups?

  No worries, you never have to participate in the group if you don't want to. Just like watching Netflix, you can receive all the benefits by simply submitting your questions and listening to the answers on the private podcast feed we provide, or in the video archive we update for you after each live meeting.

Let us tell you: We have been running groups for our German patients for many years now, and we know that the dynamics of a group create powerful support that exceeds what could come from a one-on-one appointment. This year, we are beginning to offer this unique program to our expat patient community, and we look forward to welcoming you into it as well.
