When you are about 3 days in into your fast you may feel very good already. But maybe drinking mineral water or tea only feels a little boring to you? These are your alternatives:

Rule of thumb

Everything your drink should contain no protein! This means no milk products, no bone broth, no nut milk. As long as you stay under a caloric intake of about 800 calories drinking will not disrupt your fast.
