As you have read, I advise you to consume an average of 0,5 g of omega-3 fatty acids per day. This is not much, but it is in line with the officially recommended consumption of 2 servings of fish per week. If you simply do not like fish, then you can alternatively take a form of fish oil, for example, cod liver oil. But what happens if you turn 0,5 g into "nothing at all"? After all, 0,5 g is "almost nothing"?
