Prevent about 1/3 of Alzheimer's disease by taking the right measures? That sounds very good in principle! If Alzheimer's disease has already been diagnosed at an early stage (»mild cognitive impairment«, i.e. slight mental limitations), the same measures can drastically slow down the course of the disease, so that sufficient quality of life can be maintained for a significantly longer time.
