Red meat, in addition to its different color, has a special feature that distinguishes it from fish and poultry meat. It contains certain protein-sugar structures that have a different structure than those of humans, monkeys, elephants, or even fish and birds. And these so-called sialic acids are absorbed by humans when eating red meat (beef, sheep, pork, goat, ...) in such a way, that they can be absorbed and "reused" by cancer cells.
