If you get into the habit of breathing too fast or too deep, you lose more CO2 than your body produces. The metabolism then lacks this and a potpourri of symptoms develops. In order to »break the habit« of breathing too quickly again, various relaxation exercises help. I suggest that you first use the following exercises:
